Camera Compatibility

Greetings,
Does anyone have an idea when the Uniview IPC2318SR-ADF28KM-WP will be on the compatibility list? Right now object detection works but shows up in the events feed and not in the objects feed and does switch the resolution as anticipated. The motion works fine otherwise with the camera.

The mentioned camera should appear on the compatibility list soon, please check again tomorrow.
Could you please provide more details about the issues you’ve observed? Screenshots would be helpful for a better understanding of the problem.

Ruslan Zinatullin Sorry for the late response, I have been AFK and also forgot about it once I got back….
The issues are as follows:
When the camera is added to DW Spectrum then the motion alerts work as planned, by clicking the man icon you can see the motion events on timeline and on the right-side bar motion events bar.
When I turn on Object Detection, and I click on the Object Detection button or on mobile; (3 dots, then objects) I don't see anything populate at all. When I click on the Windows app, under events I would see the “Object Detection” listed there which is shouldn't be, it should be listed under Objects in the right bar.
Do you know if the camera has officially been listed yet and if so, have these issues been resolved?
