Stream information not loading correctly

Nxver 5.1.4.38659,camera is AXIS M3115-LVE

We are using multiple cameras of the same type.

Only one of them is not loading the stream information correctly, the word "offline" appears on the screen, and the video itself becomes unstable.

The error said "Bad Request." I haven't initialized the camera yet, but what should I do if there's no change even after initializing it?
