I-PRO 360 cameras - AI-VMD not being detected by plugin

I have many 360 fisheye WV-S4576LA and S4176A cameras. The I-PRO plugin does not seem to detect the AI-VMD extension installed on these. It detects it for the WV-S2136LA and WV-S15700-V2L cameras just not the 360 fisheye ones. Is this intentional? I tried to reach out to datamotion but have not heard a repsonse after weeks.

 

• Nx Witness Version: 6.0.2.40414
• Client OS: Windows 11 (26100.3775)
• Server OS: Server 2016, 2019
• Network Topology: 5 server, about 750 cameras, about 50 users
• Special features: Datamotion i-Pro plugin 1.3.0

  Sorry forgot to mention we are on version 6.0.2.40414

  This also happened on previous 5.0 versions.

  The extension version while on 5.0 was v1.0.5

  And when we moved to 6.0 we updated to extension v1.3.0

  I'm afraid I can't answer your questions, and Datamation is the company to refer to for plugin support. 

  Perhaps, your Panasonic iPro reseller can assist in getting contact in contact with Datamotion.
