Nxwitness licenses

Hi there, My PC running NXwitness crashed and I had to reinstall windows. Unfortunately I had to reinstall my NX-server as well. If I log into the cloud my server is there but I cannot access it. Have I lost all my licenses or is there a way to put the licences on my new server???

  Hi jonathan rob,

  In most cases, you should be able to re-add the license keys to the system without any issues. However, if this isn't possible due to a change in the HWID after the new installation (which shouldn’t happen, but Microsoft’s ways remain mysterious at times), we recommend reaching out to your reseller. They should be able to assist you in deactivating the license keys so you can reactivate them successfully.
