    Hi Khang Minh,

    There’s no issue at all! It simply means that, unlike some other brands, analytics settings cannot be configured through the Nx Witness VMS.

    Instead, you can set up the analytics directly through the Camera GUI and define the necessary rules in the Rules Engine of the Nx Witness VMS.
