HIkvision/Hilook IPC-T263H-MU

I'm having troubles getting the HIkvision/Hilook  IPC-T263H-MU cameras to record. We have 2 sites with these cameras and the recording is random at best. Live view is available but recording is not happening.

Originally set for motion detection we have changed the recording to motion plus low res and now full time with no recoding happening. We have updated the cameras to the latest firmware. We find the cameras will work for a short amount of time on random days ( 3 days in the last 30 days)
