Joystick PTZ operation issues

Hi Support, 

I would like to ask for advice regarding abnormal operation of the joystick on AXIS TU9002.

PTZ operation is possible normally when the application is launched, but if you wait a while before trying to operate the PTZ again, operation may become very slow or operation may become impossible. For example, it feels like the key buffer is building up.
If you restart the application once, PTZ operation with the joystick becomes normal.

I don't want to restart the app, is there any solution?

  Hi Yagi,

  What version are you using?

  We had a similar issue and it should be resolved in versions 6.0+

  The version is 5.1.5.39242.

  I'll update it to 6.0 and see if it works.

  I'd be interested to know whether the update has cured this issue for you as I'm still experiencing the same fault on the latest version.
