Push notification on input change ADAM-6060

hi all, I have a problem regarding a push notification on an input change on a ADAM-6060 module from Advantech.
This is the situation: I control via the ADAM-6060 to switch ON and OFF the analytics events within NX. This works fine. This is via the " saveEventRule" funtion.

But I want to get a notification from NX that this function is executed. So I created an extra rule that I want to get a push notification on a input change of the ADAM-6060. Should be easy but it doesn't work. The NX doesn't execute this rule, I never find it in the event log and never receive a notification of this.

What can be wrong?
