Reserved space

I noticed the reserved space on the server for recordings changed by itself from 4.5 TB to 30 GB. I'm not sure why this has happened? 

I want to change the reserved space back to 4.5TB but I'm mindful of deleting new footage? Could you explain which footage would be deleted once I've changed the reserved space back?
