    Hi Rob Sherburn,

    This should be possible, however, there is a chain of trust we honor, to avoid providing the wrong people access to the system.

    The normal process would be that the original integrator changes the password to something you like, and you change it to something according to your security policy.

    However, if for some reason, the former integrator won't cooperate, you can reach out to the authorized reseller. (open the client and press F1 and under support you should be able to find the name of the authorized reseller)

    The reseller will ask you to provide remote access via TeamViewer to the device running the mediaserver application, and will share the login credentials with the Nx Support team through a support ticket, and the support team will resolve this issue.
