Recording Stopped - Network Issue?
CompletedHi I have a client who's cameras started dropping out recently as a result of a network issue.
They have two servers and all the cameras on one server are having the same issue whereas only three cameras on the second server are experiencing the fault. According to the logs the fault seems to progress as follows;
1501 WARNING nx::vms::server::event::ExtendedRuleProcessor(0x7fb454021770)
1485 INFO QnServerConnector(0x7fb4540aed90): Removing connection to module
1547 INFO nx::vms::server::metrics::CameraController(0x7fb4541c3938): Replace nx::vms::utils::metrics::ResourceMonitor(0x7fb454a3ed00
1485 INFO nx::vms::server::recorder::MainAndBackupRecorder(0x7fb4550243f8): Recording stopped for camera
The cameras main and secondary streams all stop, eventually resulting in;
1473 INFO nx::p2p::Connection(0x7fb39c03ff30, {37269cdc-6999-4254-ed18-5d294caf241c}): Connection State change: [Connecting] -> [Error]. Connection to peer {37269cdc-6999-4254-ed18-5d294caf241c} canceled from state Connecting. Reason: Not a successful HTTP status code 403
The cameras then seem to start recording again, before another connection state change, and some back and forth between recording stopping and starting before resuming normal operations.
I'm planning to update the server/client to the latest version but I was wondering whether anyone can shed some light on what is occurring here?

Hi Rob McAllister,
I hope you’re doing well! I noticed that this topic hasn’t received any engagement from the community yet, and I wanted to check in with you. Is the issue you mentioned still relevant or something you’re looking to resolve?
Best regards.
