AXIS M3048-P won't add via ONVIF

Hi,
As per title we have a client with AXIS cameras. They refuse to add via ONVIF even after adding a ONVIF user name and password.
They will however add with the web login user name and password. The time of the server and cameras are the same as is the time zone.
Their AXIS M3048-P camera seems to have some advanced features that the NX doesn't see as its not been added via ONVIF.

I'm not experiencing the issue you're having. I always add the Axis cameras using the main user/pass and I don't even enable ONVIF on the camera. All of the analytics work including object analytics, license plate verifier etc. The only difference is the Axis M3048-P is discontinued and is on Axis OS 8 where my cameras are using Axis OS 11 LTS or OS 12. What OS versions do they have? The camera still has software support until July 2025 and the latest OS release is 8.40.59
