About QNAP NAS

I'm using QNAP NAS
I also set the Reserved space to 10% on the nx server and disabled the trash bin on the QNAP NAS, but the QNAP NAS is still full of capacity and I can't save it. How do I fix this?
And Nas and the nx server are constantly in a bad connection state.
