DS-7732NI-M4 unable to add to Network Optix

I have a DS-7732NI-M4 NVR with V5.03.020 build 240904 (Hikvisiong 5.0 UI)
I have configured many hikvision NVR's over the time with Network Optix, however whatever I do I keep getting the unauthorized error.
I'm running Network Optix version 6.0.0.39503
If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be highly appreciated.

If you get the unauthorized message, I would check the time settings, and check if DST is enabled. Also, check if the timezone is set correctly (corresponding to the set timezone of the VMS server).
Furthermore, it could be the firmware, since in our supported devices lists, I typically see v4.6.xxxxx version mentioned and no 5.0.xxxxx versions. -
