    Hi Norman, yes this issue is still relevant, I also reached out to PG, but they didn't see anything that could be wrong.

    Hi Glenn van Es,

    If you get the unauthorized message, I would check the time settings, and check if DST is enabled. Also, check if the timezone is set correctly (corresponding to the set timezone of the VMS server).

    Furthermore, it could be the firmware, since in our supported devices lists, I typically see v4.6.xxxxx version mentioned and no 5.0.xxxxx versions.
