Hi lia,
Thank for your question, but the information is quite limited. Can you please elaborate the detail of the whole situation?
1. What exact request you sent to the mediaserver, i.e. what was the URL?
2. What is the source stream? Is that a camera , a RTSP/HTTP stream, or something else?
3. How did you send this request?
4. What is the version of you mediaserver, have you reproduced the issue on v6.0.0? (If not, please first try it)There is API document for the webrtc tracker, if you try to use the tool to get the full request URL, did you see the same issue?
Thanks.

the url is https://localhost"7001/rest/v3/devices/device_id/webrtc.
The source scream is an axis camera, Ive tried to use direct download and htl streaming api, both can work
but when I send webrtc streaming request throught the api documentation, filled in the deviceid, ity shows error
for the mediaserver, i have uploaded to the latest version which is
6.0.0.39503
