    Hi Jeff Jones,

    This is not a bug, this is likely Zendesk design.
    If you have no result of "knowledge base result" which is on the left of the page, it brought you back to the first page.

    This is not an Nx-developed system, so likely we won't be able to handle this.
    If you would like to report this issue, ZENDESK support might be the contact for you.
