Issue with VCA ANPR Camera

I am having a issue with a VCA ANPR camera which appears to have  lag / delay in the video image compare to another camera looking at the same area, and the delay then that triggers the output on the camera for a ALLOW vehicle.

Any thoughts on this issue, its taking anywhere up to 10 seconds to trigger my gate open command.

  Do you see this delay in the video image only in Nx? What about VLC and the camera web interface?
