Advanced PTZ does not show for supported cameras

    Hi,

    It is not particularly shown in the client. You have to enter the PTZ mode and maintain Maj then click or draw a rectangle to zoom in

    The link you've sent point to an Axis, not an ACTi, what is the real brand of the camera ?

    Sorry, I made a mistake. 

    The real brand of the camera is: AXIS Q6155-E (PTZ Network Camera):

    Hi,

    you have to update to the latest LTS. I have this camera and it works for me, the only difference is the firmware, so you can try this :)

    Hi Luciano Roberto,

    Typically, advanced PTZ for Axis, should not be firmware specifc, and should work on non-LTS versions as well. That being said, I would recommend LTS firmware over other versions.
