Integration with Geovision ASManager

I'm looking to integrate NX witness with Geovision ASManager https://nxvms.com/integrations/351-gv-asmanager/how-to-setup

I followed the video and but is there any software plug-in that needs to be installed? I'm missing the NX Vms settings icon as demonstrated in the setup video.

  Hi Kyle,

  According to their guide (https://dlcdn.geovision.com.tw/Manual/Access-Control/ASManager/EN/Integrate_GV-ASWeb_to_NX_VMS.pdf), "The Nx VMS Settings are only available through the Nx Witness Client. The settings are not available when connecting to GV-ASWeb only through a web browser."

  If the icon is not present even when using the Nx interface, the issue should be addressed to GeoVision.

  Thank you for the guide instructions. I got it connected now but get this error when trying to map camera to control.

  Hi Kyle,

  Please check this issue with Geovision first; they should be able to provide proper support. It will be much easier and faster because we do not have details about their code.

  Contacted them and installed latest version of ASmanager, working now. Thanks!
