Analytics integration approaches

Hello community,

We have a video analytics platform - that can analyze the short video, and send the notifications to the end users through our mobile app. We want to integrate our platform with Nx.

We are focusing on real-time analyzing, so at this moment, we have one idea in our mind.

- Create event rule for cameras in Nx. 1 event rule to tell our platform via HTTP request, while another event rule to process the recording. Then our platform will fetch the recording and run the analyzing. The only concern we have with this approach is real-time, because it takes time to record the video before our platform can fetch.

So, do you guys have some preferable approach, or can you guys suggest us a better way?

Thanks for your post and it is great to know that you have been interested in any cool integrations.
I will suggest you integrate your platform to Nx via the MetaSDK.

This provides you the abilities to get the frames natively from the Nx mediaserver and can display the process result on the Nx Desktop Client.

Most of the integration partner, specifically AI related, they are choosing this approach as this is probably the best way for both of us, and it is really a good application.

You can refer to our knowledge base, all the resource and documents can be found on our support portal and developer forum if you need any assistance.
