How to handle server migration from old server to new server efficiently?

To replace server, we prepared new sever and setting up it with respective setting from old server "manually". Literally manually... so I took time more than expected, for re-setting and camera names, layout settings and display etc...

I am wondering there is some export and import function for media server setting? If not entire, partially is also appreciated.
