    Hello Dan,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Could you please verify if the camera can be successfully accessed and viewed from the ONVIF Device Manager?

    If it can, and you can either port forward the camera or organize TeamViewer access, we can create a ticket and proceed with further investigation.
