    Hello, things to check are:
    1. Check the camera firmware is updated.
    2. Go to Camera Settings > Expert > "Use Media2 to fetch profiles" (try the different options, Auto, Use if supported, Never).

    Thank you for your guidance.

    I navigated to Camera Settings > Expert and set the "Use Media2 to fetch profiles" option to "Never". This resolved the issue and the camera is now working correctly.
