AnsweredHi,
While integrating the VIVOTEK camera (IB9389-EH-v2) with NX Server (and Client) version 5.1.4.38659, I encountered an error message. I have rebooted the camera and reset it to factory default, but the connection issue persists. Here is the error I received:

Hello, things to check are:
1. Check the camera firmware is updated.
2. Go to Camera Settings > Expert > "Use Media2 to fetch profiles" (try the different options, Auto, Use if supported, Never).0 -
Hello,
Thank you for your guidance.
I navigated to Camera Settings > Expert and set the "Use Media2 to fetch profiles" option to "Never". This resolved the issue and the camera is now working correctly.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
