Quality Fish Eye witch application NX WitNess

Hello, I am reaching out today due to feedback from our clients regarding poor image quality from their Fish Eye cameras on smartphones using the NX Witness application. These issues have been occurring for several weeks. We have also observed this degradation in quality. Initially, the image quality was good, but it has deteriorated over the past few weeks. We have tried adjusting the camera settings on the smartphone without any satisfactory results. The affected camera brands are UNV and HANWHA. Best regards,

  Please upgrade the mobile app to the latest version, version 24.1.3, where we mitigated the mentioned issue.
