    Regarding the issue, in versions 6.0 or older, this is likely an expected case. The difference Ids are from the "virtual desktop camera" for the video wall.

    The virtual desktop camera is used for "pushing the desktop to the video wall for Windows Desktop Client." This means it is a virtual device required for specific cases, but it is not a "real camera."

    Given this known limitation, we kindly suggest using /rest/vX/devices to get the list of real cameras, USB cameras, and RTSP streams visible on the desktop client.

    Our developers are considering improvements to the APIs, but for now, we believe you can resolve this issue by using the device-related API to obtain the complete list on a system.
