Camera failover time

Hi,

I probably know the answer already but i was asked to ask anyway.

Is it possible to shrink the time it takes for the cameras to failover from the offline server and if it's also possible to shrink the timeout for the availability check between the servers.

Apparently up to 2 minutes of lost footage is too much.

  Hi Constantine Anipchenko,

  Most likely, there will be an option to decrease the failover time, but it depends on the cameras you use.
  Could you share a list of camera brands you are using in your system?

  Can you add nx.verify@gmail.com to the system as a cloud user with administrator level user rights, this enabled us to optimize your system, for the camera brands you use?
