Unusual Joystick issues

Just to let you know I have signed in using my work email. From that you may have noticed you assisted a colleague of mine not too long ago on a different issue. I am putting together a solution for a customer that involves three merged servers all with joystick hand controllers.

Not sure if I can direct this query to you....

I have been trying to get my one of my joysticks to work with Nx Witness. I have three in my current setup which at one stage were all working. As previously mentioned, my system has 3 servers merged. For the non working joystick / system, the following was done to try and get it working again.

- Reinstall with calibration of joypad / game controller in Windows 10

- Windows recognizes the joystick / game controller.

- Mapping of button functions within Nx Witness

- Nx Witness recognizes the joystick controller, indicated by the PTZ action within the joystick configuration screen...Panning, Tilt and Zoom actions on the controller highlights the respective box in the configuration template.

- Moved the joystick controller to another server and it works fine...I am able to perform PTZ in the camera stream display window.

- Moved a known working joystick to affected system and still no PTZ control within the camera stream window.

- Windows recognizes the controller, Nx Witness configuration template recognizes the controller but when performing PTZ actions within the camera stream window, it does not work. I have checked that I am the latest release of SW and all looks fine...I am scratching my head as to what the problem could be.
