license deactivation

Hi.

Thank you for nx's support.

We are a partner of network optix, and while testing the product, a question arose.

The operating environment is:
Version: 5.1.4.38659
OS: Windows 11 Pro

 

I can't find the license deactivation button.
How do I find it?

  Hi cgjeon,

  The deactivation button will appear in the Licenses tab of the System Administration menu, once you have activated a permanent license key to a system. When you have no licenses, trial or other time based licenses, the button won't appear.

  Hi Norman.

  The license type we use is 'Order Type:SAAS'.
  The Deactivate button is not available for this license type. Is that correct?

  hi cgjeon,

  SaaS licences are time-based, so you're correct. There is no 'Deactivate' button for these licences.
