Won't receive test results

Hi
I have attempted your exam like 5 times now, and every time I am sure that I am putting the right answers, and I keep failing.
I sent an email to the training mail account to get my results and the wrong questions, and no response was given, I sent an email twice already.
Your support would be greatly appreciated
