    Hi Stefan,

I hope this message finds you well.

In order to address the reported issue, could you please provide a screenshot of the Camera Settings menu, specifically the General tab, where the Vendor and Model details are clearly visible?

Once we have this information, we will be able to create a temporary fix, which can be added to the server, and  which will be included in our source files once confirmed.

Also, if it is possible to access the devices through TeamViewer (Windows or Linux) or SSH (Linux) we could reset the password. If that is possible, I'll transfer this topic to a support ticket

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Norman,

    Thanks for the quick reaction.

    See screenshot below.
The Vendor field shows the model name
The Model field shows the system name
So its reading its information wrong, (was found by auto discovery)
The real vendor name is Mazi.

Is this the info you need? or do you need more?

    Hi Stefan Dekkers,

That is a bit unexpected. Is it possible to provide TeamViewer access?
