Playback Lost for multiple server
CompletedHi,
Recently, we found out that some of the nx online server experienced playback lost for the exact same period of time. Please see attached.


Given that these two stores are in a different location but experienced the same playback lost. The only similarity that I can found for these servers are they are all version 5.1.0.37133. We have 10 servers in total that experienced this particular problem out of the 39 servers that we have. Please help to resolve the problem.

Hi,
If these servers are running in a cluster, check the time synchronization of the servers. Check that these are not just gaps in the time line. Check playback on one of the cameras and check for any gaps in the recorded footage.

Time synchronization are fine for those servers. Probably not the not the reason of this issue occured. Thanks for your help.
