Laptop Webcam cannot stream at Nx Meta

Hello, I have installed the Nx Meta bundle on my LENOVO laptop.

The Nx server can automatically detect the built-in webcam but it cannot stream video.

The camera lights up for a few seconds then turns off and repeats.

The Nx Meta version: 5.1.3.38363

 

I tried using another external USB camera (Logitech webcam) but the problem is still the same.

Please help!
