Delayed PTZ display in live view

Summary

When a particular PTZ is moved using NX client, it actually moves instantly, as can be seen in its own webpage, but there is a 2 or 3 second delay showing this on the NX layout, despite other PTZes there displaying instantly any changes.

Environment

• Nx Witness Version: 5.1.0.37133
• Client OS: Windows 11 Pro
• Server OS: Windows 10 Pro
• Network Topology: 1 server, 45 cameras, 1 client, 8 switches.
• Special features: This particular PTZ is a newly installed Milesight MS-C5341-X23PC. The other few PTZes at this site which do display properly are Dahua.

Reproduction Scenario

 I rebooted the camera and it worked perfectly and displayed perfectly. But after a few hours it was lagging in its display on NX witness again. This was on a 25 camera layout (5 x 5).

When I put a Dahua PTZ in its place on that layout, the Dahua displayed perfectly.

I tried the Milesight PTZ on a different 9 camera layout and it had the same problem. I tried it on two layouts at once and it was 2 second delay on one and 3 second delay on the other, but instantaneous responses on its own webpage, all open on the same video client.

The video client was set to 100ms response time.

Expected Behavior

You move it, you see it move immediately.

Actual Behavior

There's a lag of 2 or 3 seconds displaying this one camera in NX.
