  Hi Yham,

  If you want to connect to the Chinese version of Nx Witness, you need to use the Chinese version of the Client as well, otherwise the message will that the server is incompatible.

  You can download the clients for the Chinese 4.2.0.32840 version of Nx Witness below:

  • Ubuntu x64 - Client installer: nxwitness_cn-client-4.2.0.32840-linux64.deb
  • macOS - Client installer: nxwitness_cn-client-4.2.0.32840-mac.dmg
  • Windows x64 - Client installer: nxwitness_cn-client-4.2.0.32840-win64.exe

  Please note, that version 4.2.0.32840 is EOL, and we use version 5.1.3 nowadays.
  It is recommended to update your system in steps, from 4.2 > 5.0 > 5.1 > 5.1.3.
