    Hi Rhaphiel Molinar,

    I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, Zendesk's options are a bit limited, but I'll touch base with our Zendesk administrator to see if there's any wiggle room or workaround we can enable.

    You guys did it quick!  I'm seeing the ticket submissions now have this implemented and I am over the moon with the change!  This may be a small item to have adjusted but will make great improvements in legibility and clarity of tickets!  BIG love for Nx for listening! woo hoo!!

    Hi Rhaphiel Molinar,

    Due to various inconvenient side effects, we had to revert to the previous state.
    We're working to resolve these, so we can enable the changes back again.
