Can not Add DS-sCD2166G2-I Hikvision cameras

hello.

 

working on a site with 58 new cameras and a brand new NxWitness server and install. 

 

I have activated all the cameras using the SADP tool. in the tool i can see all my cameras, I can browse all the cameras from the server, and I can ping all the cameras from the server.  

 

but no matter what I try, I can not get this to show up in Nxwitnes either by trying to Manually add them to the subnet scan.  

 

I saw the issue with V5.7.12 Firmware and have tried the fix in that article but still no luck

    In the latest versions of hikvision, you need to set the camera to the current time/date.

    Go to Configuration > System > System Settings > Time Settings

    On some models, you also need to enable authentication in the ONVIF "Digest/Basic Auth" options.

    Go to Network > Advanced Settings > Integration Protocols
