Video stops when using HTTP streaming from browser

Dear Support team

We want to continue streaming video from web browser using http streaming, but the video stops midway through.

We use this command.

・http://<ID:password>@<IPadress>/media/<cameraID>.mp4?pos=2021-04-07T13:00:00.000

Is there any way to improve it?
Browser settings, coding methods, client PC specs, etc.

    Thanks for your question, but can you elaborate more detail?

    - When you mention the stream stopped, what kind of behavior you saw? 
    Is the stream lagging/jetting or completely stop? 

    - When the stream stopped, is the video stream playing on the desktop client/web client still?

    - What is the server utilization? CPU/RAM/Networking?

    - Which version of mediaserver you are using?

    - What do you mean by stream video from web browser?  Are you stream the video from Nx mediaserver then viewing it on browser or you stream the video to somewhere, and use a web-app or browser to re-stream? This sounds not quite correct. Can you please explain what your behavior more please?

    It looks like there are some more details would be required, please provide as much information as you can so that we would be able to see what might be happened and the suggestion is a screen recording for showing the behavior, thanks.

    Stream is completely stopped in browser.

    When the stream stops in the browser, the video is still running on the client.

    - What is the server utilization? CPU/RAM/Networking?

    CPU: 3%
    Memory: 21%
    Network: 1%

    - Which version of mediaserver you are using?

    NxWitness Server：5.0.0.36634
    NxWitness Client ：5.0.0.36634

    Streaming video from Nx media server and viewing in browser.

    The following command is sent from the client PC to the Nx server to display the video on the browser.

    Hi yagi kosuke,

    Thanks for the information. It sounds like the operation is correct and the API looks fine.
    However, the software version seems quite old. So, to get the proper support and the latest bug-fixes, please first update the system to the latest v5.1.3. This would be mandatory for any following troubleshooting.

    Your issue will be sent to the support portal and handle by the support team accordingly. 
    Please provide the necessary server log and video recording as well as the unattended remote access while the support requests for further access.
