Cloud connected user performance issues.
AnsweredGetting a lot of complaints from users about slow playback and stuttering live stream.
This is across different servers, different networks. Seems to be a universal issue.
Have done my own testing comparing connecting to server through cloud vs direct. Direct connection works normally and cloud connection stutters.
Even if we setup port forwarding, the user management is still through the cloud. Cloud users cannot login directly via host:port anymore.
Is this an issue with the cloud? if not
Can you give us some guidance on troubleshooting this issue?

The most common issue when there are stuttering images is often related to the firewall configuration on the customer side. A few weeks ago, there could be a cloud (database) related issue as well, but this was mitigated for quite a while now.
It is recommended that the network administrator adds the FQDN addresses to the firewall configuration, this way the data can flow unrestricted from the Client to the Server(s).
