    Hi Dan,

    If you receive such notifications, it means the timestamp deviates too much and get synchronized again.

    Situation where this might occur are:

    • Failed connection to the NTP server.
    • Lack of a real-time clock (RTC) module. For example, on many ARM single board computers, there is no RTC clock module.
    • The battery on the motherboard of the server needs to be replaced.

    Is there any way to change the build in NTP server that NxW uses?  We have some strict network rules that require everything on the LAN to hit only our internal time server.

    Hi JPM,

    In case you want a custom NTP server, you disable the option Sync Time with the Internet, and select the Server on which you configured the desired NTP server. Please note that the VMS time always displays the UTC time in the VMS.

    The NTP server is configured on the operating system of the selected server.
