Don't see any cameras in gmail account.

Hello, I have 1 colleague with a Gmail account. And since last Monday he no longer has any cameras in our company's Cloud. He also doesn't see any cameras on another phone. I have already given him a new profile and linked his gmail address to it. If I log in myself, I can see the cameras of that profile via the Internet. There is a second private cloud account with images on his mobile phone and it works well. Is this a known problem? Is there perhaps a solution or something I can try?
