NX Mobile - Galaxy S22, notifications stopped.

Many moons ago I was pulling my hair out as I could not get push notifications to my phone.  Tried all variations, nothing.  One day they all start working, without me touching a thing!  Went great for 12-18 months.  Now the opposite has happened.  Installed on my iPhone, alerts work great.  Android app does everything it should , just no push.  App setting and permissions all where they should be.  Has there been an update to the app, or server side, that may have affected this?  23.2.37408 on both ios and android.
