Rule: Open Layout - Optional window focus

I have a monitoring customer with lots of rule triggers for "do:open layout".
When there are many incoming matching events, the nx client usability becomes a bit chaotic. They would like the layout to open, but not get focus.
I note the "Alarm Layout" operates in this desired manner when the "Force Alarm Layout opening" checkbox is not ticked.
