Pelco Camera Unauthorised

Hi,

We have a Pelco IBV229-1ER which is showing as UNAUTHORISED on our NX server. The camera has been updated to the latest firmware (01.0.0.5) and NX is running 5.1.2.37996.

We are running some preliminary tests on our demo system to confirm compatibility before proposing the installation of NX on a site to take over their existing recording platform.

We have tried the ususal suspects which cause issues with authentication such as time/DST settings and creating a separate user but all to no avail. The camera is fully accessible and working through the web pages and Pelco VideoExpert.

According to the compatible camera list this camera should be supported. Could anyone offer some advice please?
