iOS client so slow it’s unusable for days

    I'm sorry, that you encounter issues while using our applications.

    I assume you use a cloud user account. In that case, we acknowledge this might happen, and we're working hard on resolving that, however it can't be done within a short time. We aim to resolve it together with the release of Gen6 of our software. More about this subject can be read HERE.

    However, if you would like us to investigate the issue to rule out other causes or if you are using a local user account, please let us know, and we'll transfer this topic into a support ticket to communicate more efficiently.
