iOS client so slow it’s unusable for days
CompletedI am accessing our remote security system from iPhone client bs 23.2.34708. The playback has been so slow for days it is unusable. This has happened before from time to time and usually resolves itself within a day but not this time.
I can get into the system after some time but it takes about 15-30 seconds to play back 1 second of video.

I'm sorry, that you encounter issues while using our applications.
I assume you use a cloud user account. In that case, we acknowledge this might happen, and we're working hard on resolving that, however it can't be done within a short time. We aim to resolve it together with the release of Gen6 of our software. More about this subject can be read HERE.
