Server wont connect to the cloud after new internet connection
AnsweredHi guys
I have a NX witness system, running on Ubuntu, and it was working fine until IT have removed the old 4G internet dongle it was using, and have now connected to a fixed internet. The client can use the internet ok, as I can remote into the desktop, but when I try to connect to the cloud I get "Failed to connect system to NX Cloud - None of your servers has connection to Cloud.
Any idea why this would be, when I cleary have an internet connection to the client
Cheers

Hi Paul,
Sorry, we need more details to understand the problem properly.
Could you please explain what is client and what is server in your case? Are the Nx client and Nx mediaserver on the same machine or on different?
Was the system connected to the cloud previously?
Do you see this error while you are trying to enter to your cloud account? A couple of screenshots will be useful.
Also, I suggest to check allowed connections according to the following article: https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010795813-Firewall-Passlist
