    Hi Hanif,

    I see you use:

    <ipAddress>/recordings

    Have you tried to use:

    <ipAddress>:<port>/recordings

    If that doesn't solve the issue, I would do the following:

    1. Remove the NAS from the VMS
    2. Install and run Wireshark with the NAS IP address as the host filter
    3. Try to add the NAS again
    4. Stop and Save the Wireshark capture
    5. Analyze the HTTP requests in the Wireshark tracefile
