Kick user from video wall screen

I always come across instances where someone opened a specific video wall screen and forgot to close it, causing the screen to be locked. Is there anyway as a super user (master admin) to kick these sessions out?

  Hi Kevin Chen,

  As the admin, you can control, the Video Wall, clear the Video Wall, or close the Video Wall. So, you can't kick the user, but can restore what they created. However, it is not entirely clear what you mean with locked.
