    Hi,

As AXIS mentionned it, the new one is the AXIS TU9002

If you want to test another one, the Hanwha SPC-2001 is a good choice too (great compatibility with Nx)

    Hi Vincent,

Thank you for the fast response.

So it confirmed AXIS TU9002 is supported by Nx Witness?

Thank you for the suggestion, we will try it out.

The reference TU9002 is not referenced in https://nxvms.com/ipvd so maybe it's ok maybe not.

But for example the SPC-2001 is not referenced too but I tested it and it's ok.

Due to the collaboration between Hanwha Vision (Wave) and Network Optix, I suggest you to go with the Hanwha joystick.

    Hi Norsalha Mahamud,

The listed models, are the tested and verified models. Other models haven't been tested or verified.
However, we have implemented a universal joystick control mechanism, which means you can add almost any USB joystick to the system.

Please check THIS part of the in-client manual for the applicable information about the use of joysticks within Nx Witness.

Only problem with the SPC-2001 is that in NX it only showing 6 buttons, in the manual you see 12 buttons for the SPC-2000. Also universal joysticks only shows 6 buttons. Wil this be fixt in the future ?. Really need 12 buttons for our projects.
