NX Witness Client not correctly displaying Web GUI information
CompletedWhen trying to display a web page in the NX Witness Client it will load the login page and allow you to log in but will not display any of the settings that have previously been setup in the web GUI.
Logging in using a browser such as Chrome or Mozilla once logged in you can see all of the information that has previously been setup, it is only in the NX Witness Client platform that this issue arises?
Is it possible to look at the NX Witness Client logs in order to establish what is causing this?

Hi Stephen Johnson,
Can you tell me more about the web page you want to display?
Would it be possible for us to access the web page so we can add and investigate the issue in our controlled environment?
Client logs most likely won't reveal much, since the in-client browser has limited logging abilities since it is a 3rd party framework (Qt WebEngine), but there are options to use the developer tools for Chromium, but this is a somewhat complicated process. -
Hello Norman
We are setting up the Corsight Facial Recognition software and enabling it to report and alert into the NX Client. If you use a conventional browser such as Chrome to view the settings these are all there an populated correctly.
If you try the same in the NX Witness Client you can log into the web page but it will not display the correct settings, almost like it is not accessing the correct data?
It is all running on a Linux OS.
