Adding New RTSP Camera - NX Witness says its already added when it's not

I'm trying to add a new Camera via RTSP, but NX Witness says this camera has already been added.

There are 2 other cameras via RTSP from this recorder that work, but the third channel doesn't work - says it's already there. Channels 4-8 come up to be added.

It's like it's been added before (which is possible when I was setting this system up), but removed - and NX Witness hasn't twigged that its been removed.

Is there somewhere I can see a history of previously added cameras and either reactivate this old camera or remove it?

The RTSP stream works perfectly in VLC on the NX Witness server, so it's not a weird firewall issue.
